Carry the might of the world serpent in your hair! I split a bar of steel so I could draw out the scroll work that makes up the serpents mouth. Then I drew out the bar to make the length of the serpent. After rounding over the point of its tail, I carefully chiseled all the crosshatching to give it scales. I forged and twisted a double sided hair pin to accompany it. Both pieces are blackened with heat and beeswax.
