I forged this big camp chopper/short sword a couple years ago from a big piece of 80crv2 steel. Forge finish on the flats. Forged distal tapers from the ricasso to both tip and tail. Some gorgeous, stabilized and dyed cedar burl I sculpted into an ergonomic handle. Brass and mosaic pins. I really love this knife.
