This is a decorative, steel brooch I forged that would make a great cloak pin, kilt pin, or scarf pin. After hammering out the shapes for this, I chiseled in the designs on the piece. I forged the pin, which I flared the top of to give the whole thing more depth. I blackened the whole thing with heat, beeswax and mineral oil.
